Intex Property was formed in 2004 by the current owner Wayne Lawman.
Wayne has worked in the building / property world since leaving school and decided to start Intex to provide a quality reliable building service.
Since the formation the company has grown from strength to strength now employing a small team which can carry out any type of refurbishment or new build project from start to finish. We provide a complete solution for homeowners who are embarking on a building project and provide a complete hands-off approach for our clients. We coordinate all our tradespeople to be on site when they need to be, and this ensures our projects run on time and to schedule and more importantly to budget!

The work consisted of the removal of a stud wall, plastering of walls, fitting of new laminate flooring, installing electrics, creating a kitchen area in the corridor and replacing all the lights in the main office.
