About Intex Property Maintenance

Intex property maintenance was formed in 2004 by myself Wayne Lawman. I started the business with one van and me doing any type of work that came my way.
After speaking to a few of my newly found clients I realised there was a gap in the market for a maintenance contractor that could encompass all different aspects of maintenance whether it was plumbing, decorating or electrical work.

This is where I started to build the company to what it is now, several vans on the road and the company that never says no!!, no matter what we are asked from our clients.

We now employ a great team of operatives who cover all of Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire.

Intex undertakes a wide range of services to include complete property refurbishments of residential and commercial properties. Our main activities are with letting / estate agents, landlords and property managers, we have built a strong relationship with everyone we work with providing them with the service they deserve.
